• 50% of the total cost is due upfront to begin work. The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered.
• Commercial use requires purchasing a Commercial Use License add-on. Otherwise, all designs are for personal use only.
• Turnaround time varies depending on the project scope. Rush turnaround (1–3 days) requires an additional $25 fee and is subject to availability.
• I retain the right to decline any project for any reason. If I decline your project after payment, a full refund will be issued.
• I do not offer printing services or physical delivery digital files only.
• Revisions are limited per project. Major changes requested after approval may require additional charges.
• All designs are original and tailored to you. I do not replicate or trace other designers’ work.
